Shipping Services:
We use Yamato or occasionally Yu-pack as our delivery courier service. Please note that it's not possible to choose a specific courier. Depending on your location, delivery can take up 2-4 days throughout Japan.

Placed orders will be shipped out on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on next Monday.

Delivery Charges:
Honshu & Shikoku ⇒ 900 yen + 10% consumption tax
Hokkaido & Kyushu ⇒ 1,300 yen + 10% consumption tax
Okinawa ⇒ 2,100 yen + 10% consumption tax

Parcels can be sent with the weight up to 20 kg. The shipping charges apply up to 1 packing. Extra shipping charges will apply if the package is packed in two. A correction email will be sent after confirmation.

Note: If even one cool item is included, we will ship it by cool mail. If you order fragile item, it will be frozen. We recommend that you separate frozen items from regular products; but, know that you will be charged a separate shipping fee. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages if you wish to ship all items mixed in one case.

If you wish to return the product, please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives.

Please note that because we are dealing with perishable products, we will not be able to accept returns after the above mentioned deadline.

Also because of the characteristics of the products, we do not accept returns due to customer's personal reasons/preferences.

We will only accept returns or exchanges if any of the above applies. Items that have been thawed, processed, or opened after receipt are not eligible for returns.
