The country-like red curry is the curry which is popular as a home-cooked meal of the country of Thailand with red curry not to use the coconut milk for.

As for the Thai curry introduced by Japan, there is much smooth, mild curry using the coconut milk, but, as for the country style red curry, a sharp taste and acidity are strongly silky like soup in comparison with other curry not to use the coconut milk for.

Coconut is recommended in that a weak point, a hot thing love. I let a lot of favorite vegetables and meat and only stew it and can enjoy curry of home Thailand. Please try it by all means.

Simple small size
This is small size of the 50 g case. I can make the country-like red curry for approximately 4-5 with one bag. If the subdivision which wants to make various Thai curry which I want to cook for trial is more convenient for preservation! It is recommended for a saying person.

As there is the thing of 400 g of convenient pots large size (for approximately 30 people) containing it in the event saying that I use it in restaurant to make with a program a lot in large quantities to want to eat a lot, please try that place.

How to make (for approximately 3-4 people)

Materials
50 g of country-style red curry paste
It is 300 g – 400 g for vegetables meat preference
For nampla preference

Cooking method
1.I boil hot water of 600cc in a pan and dissolve 50 g of country-style red curry paste (careful about burns)
If a pan of 2.1 boils, I stock meat, the vegetables which I cut to a mouthful size and stew it.
3.If meat, vegetables cook, it is completion by adjusting taste with nampla.
