This product has a rich flavor and is made from pure Indian clarified butter, Amul Pure Ghee 500ml.

Easy Mini-Recipe 1 “Gee Toast with Bread
Spread a generous amount of melted ghee on both sides of the pan and lightly brown the bread while pressing down on it with a spatula while it cooks. A thin slice of bread (8 or 10 slices) is recommended.
It is also good to add ghee to the pan and press down on it to make it crispy, especially at the hardest part of the ear. The whole pan will be crushed, but don’t hesitate to press down on it as you cook it.
