ハラール味の素（インドネシア製）です。
パッケージのUMAMI(うまみ調味料）と、漢字がおしゃれですね。
余談ですが、味の素は昔インドネシアに進出する際に
現地の屋台の料理を食べまくって、その味を再現するシーズニングを
開発したという逸話があります。屋台のナシゴレンは色々な条件で
味がばらつきますが、味の素のナシゴレンミックスを使えばお手軽に
安定したクオリティでナシゴレンが作れると、現地でも評判に。
後に現地企業が追随しましたが、日本の製品開発にかける根性と情熱
そしてクオリティーの良い話ですね。
